Enhance the skills of young people to acquire information and communication technology (ICT), and increase the technical and vocational skills of young people to acquire related jobs.
  • Under the Science Park Talent Cultivation Subsidy Program, a total of 2,180 participants were trained during 2023–2024 (Academic Years 111–112).
  • In 2023–2024, a total of 607 courses were conducted under the Professional Talent Training Program, training 17,498 participants.
Short-term goals (2025):
  • The Science Park Talent Cultivation Subsidy Program trains approximately 800 participants annually.
  • The Professional Talent Training Program trains up to 7,000 participants each year.
Medium and long-term goals (2030):
  • The Science Park Talent Cultivation Subsidy Program trains approximately 880 participants annually.
  • The Professional Talent Training Program trains up to 7,700 participants each year.
