Under the Science Park Talent Cultivation Subsidy Program, a total of 2,180 participants were trained during 2023–2024 (Academic Years 111–112). In 2023–2024, a total of 607 courses were conducted under the Professional Talent Training Program, training 17,498 participants.	Short-term goals (2025): The Science Park Talent Cultivation Subsidy Program trains approximately 800 participants annually. The Professional Talent Training Program trains up to 7,000 participants each year. Medium and long-term goals (2030): The Science Park Talent Cultivation Subsidy Program trains approximately 880 participants annually.
