  • By the end of 2024, a total of 92 electric vehicle (EV) charging stations had been installed across all science parks, contributing to energy conservation and carbon reduction efforts.

Ensure access for all to adequate, safe, and affordable housing and basic services, and improve housing conditions for disadvantaged groups.
  • From 2023 to 2024, approximately NT$193 million was allocated as general subsidies for local infrastructure development surrounding the science parks.
Short-term goals (2025):
  • A budget of NT$99 million was allocated for general subsidies for local infrastructure development around the park areas.
Medium and long-term goals (2030):
  • Continue to allocate an annual budget of NT$99 million for general subsidies for local infrastructure development around the park areas.

Provide access to safe, affordable, accessible, and sustainable transport systems for all, including improving road safety, expanding public transport, and meeting the mobility needs of people with disabilities, the elderly, women, and children.
  • The total ridership of the park shuttle bus reached 529,000 passenger trips in 2023 and 521,000 in 2024.
Short-term goals (2025):
  • The park shuttle bus recorded a total ridership of 525,000 passengers.
Medium and long-term goals (2030):
  • The park shuttle bus recorded a total ridership of 530,000 passengers in 2030.

Enhance inclusive and sustainable urban and rural planning and management that ensures public participation and social inclusion.
  • From 2023 to 2024, a total of 36 community street-cleaning events were organized in neighborhoods surrounding the science park to promote local engagement and neighborly relations.
Short-term goals (2025):
  • In 2025, a total of 19 neighborhood street cleaning activities were conducted around the park areas to foster good neighbor relations.
Medium and long-term goals (2030):
  • In 2030, a total of 19 neighborhood street cleaning activities were conducted around the park areas to foster good neighbor relations.

Provide universal, safe, inclusive, and accessible green public spaces and facilities, with special attention to the needs of the elderly, women, children, and persons with disabilities.
  • A total of 25 companies and organizations participated in the adoption of park green spaces, covering an area of approximately 29.4 hectares.
Short-term goals (2025):
  • A total of 27 companies or institutional units participate in the park and green space adoption program, covering an area of approximately 30 hectares.
Medium and long-term goals (2030):
  • A total of 30 companies or institutional units participate in the park and green space adoption program, covering an area of approximately 31 hectares.

Enhance the energy conservation and carbon reduction performance of buildings.
  • By the end of 2024, a total of 91 Green Building Labels had been obtained, including 13 at the Diamond level.
Short-term goals (2025):
  • A total of 93 green building labels have been obtained.
Medium and long-term goals (2030):
  • A total of 105 green building labels have been obtained.
