Workplace safety and protecting female workers' rights to participate in labour unions.

- From 2023 to 2024, a total of 34 seminars on labor regulations and hazard prevention were held as part of ongoing labor inspection efforts, attracting 2,041 participants in total.
- In 2023-2024, 1,288 labor inspections and 1,243 completion inspections of dangerous machinery were conducted.

Short-term goals (2025):
- A minimum of 12 labor law awareness sessions are conducted annually. Central competent authorities and relevant agencies are invited to participate in cross-sector collaboration efforts aimed at building consensus on workplace safety and enhancing legal literacy. These efforts have increased annual outreach, with more than 1,500 participants reached each year.
Medium and long-term goals (2030):
- Ongoing labor inspections and machinery completion checks are conducted, supplemented by onsite advisory visits. Workplace and environmental safety concepts are systematically planned and progressively extended to all enterprises within the park.
